Non-Faulty Personalized Art cannot be returned. Please understand that each print you order is custom-made by us for you and thus, once produced it has no return/resale value.
Returns of Faulty Goods
Where goods are faulty, full refunds or exchanges will be offered, but you must notify us of the damage within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
We can only accept returned goods that have been sent via recorded delivery so that you have proof of receipt.
We will refund the cost of postage should your claim be accepted.
Where the fault is minor in nature, we reserve the right to fix the fault and return the item to you.
