• Photographs for scanning can be no larger than A4 size.
  • You must hold the copyright in the image or have permission to use it. We may request you to sign a disclaimer form to confirm this and indemnify us against any breach of copyright.
  • Printed output may vary in colors to the image as it appears on screen. Wherever possible, we will advise you on issues of print quality and image resolution, however we cannot accept liability for any loss of definition or color.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damages files, prints or negatives.
  • We may use your finished image on our website, our partner websites, exhibition stands and in marketing literature and press publicity for marketing purposes. We will not disclose your personal details to any third party.
  • All work must be paid for in advance.
  • We have taken all reasonable measures to ensure our prints will be light-fast. However, customers must understand that this cannot be guaranteed either by the manufacturers of the inks we use, or by us.
  • Exposure to excessive heat may cause the timber frame to warp. We are not liable for any warping that may occur as result.
  • Our cancellations policy accords to European laws governing distance selling. For our Limited Edition Range of Prints, you can cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt of the print. However, you must pay the cost of securely and safely returning the goods to us. Due to the uniquely customized nature of Personalized Art Photo to Canvas Prints, you can only cancel your order if we have not yet printed your print. In this case, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If your personalized art order has already been printed, you will be charged in full for your order.
  • We cannot at any time be held responsible for any data loss concerning your files on our servers.
  • All prices quoted include VAT. Prices quoted are subject to sight of the artwork. We reserve the right to re-quote for work where retouching, scanning or artwork amendments are required. No such additional billable work commences without client approval being first given.
