Returns of Non-Faulty Goods

  • Non-Faulty Personalized Art cannot be returned. Please understand that each print you order is custom-made by us for you and thus, once produced it has no return/resale value.

Returns of Faulty Goods

  • Where goods are faulty, full refunds or exchanges will be offered, but you must notify us of the damage within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
  • We can only accept returned goods that have been sent via recorded delivery so that you have proof of receipt.
  • We will refund the cost of postage should your claim be accepted.
  • Where the fault is minor in nature, we reserve the right to fix the fault and return the item to you.
